At Sud de France, the strategic priority for the food and agriculture sector is to recreate a strong link with the consumer. This strategy has three main focus areas:

Focus 1: Winning over local markets

This is to be achieved by consolidating and improving the image of regional products and the food and agriculture industry.

Focus 2: Differentiating the product offering and increasing the added value of regional products

The goal is to develop and promote differentiated products with a strong competitive advantage. In particular, this will be achieved by highlighting the nutritional advantages and gastronomic nature of regional products along with product innovation.

Focus 3: Making regional companies stronger

The sector strategy must improve the performance of regional companies in economic, social and environmental terms.
