Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 1 kg
  • Butter: 40 g
  • Anchovies: 12
  • Poppy seeds: 100 g

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes in large cubes.
  2. Cook the potatoes to get a purée.
  3. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. Mash the potatoes and add the butter
  5. Shape the potatoes into balls and add an anchovy fillet on top.
  6. Serve on a dish or plate.
