Ingredients

  • 6 white asparaguses
  • 400 g of fresh pélardon cheese
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of thick crème fraiche
  • 6 slices of dry cured ham
  • Espelette pepper, salt

Preparation

– In a salad bowl, mix the fresh cheese, the olive oil, the crème fraiche and the chopped basil.

– Salt it, and then pour it into your glass jars.

– Sprinkle with Espelette pepper.

– Drain the asparaguses thoroughly, and wrap them in a slice of dry cured ham.

– Place one asparagus inside each glass jar just before serving.
