Ingredients

  • Aubergines: 4 pieces
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Olive oil: 4 tbsps.
  • Salt + pepper: For the record

Preparation

1. Peel & crush the garlic cloves

2. Cut the aubergine in half & add the olive oil

3. Bake in the oven for 15-30 minutes at 200°C

4. Retrieve the flesh & mix the aubergines

5. Season & taste
