  • Camargue rice: 200 g
  • Water: 300 ml
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp.
  • Onion: 1 piece

Preparation

1. Chop the onion

2. Sweat the onion & coat the rice

3. Pour in the water, put the lid on, & bake in the oven for 15 mins at 200°C

4. Season & serve
