- Prepare the sea bass.
- Fry the sea bass in a hot pan for around 30 seconds.
- Finish cooking in the oven for 4 – 5 minutes at 190°C.
- Remove the skin of the sea bass.
- Add the tapenade to the pieces of fish.
- Serve on a plate.
