Ingredients

  • Sea bass: 4 fillets of 150 g
  • Tapenade: 125 g
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the sea bass.
  2. Fry the sea bass in a hot pan for around 30 seconds.
  3. Finish cooking in the oven for 4 – 5 minutes at 190°C.
  4. Remove the skin of the sea bass.
  5. Add the tapenade to the pieces of fish.
  6. Serve on a plate.
