Ingredients

  • Bull: 600 g
  • Carrots 3 pieces
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Thyme: a few sprigs
  • Olive oil: 2 cl
  • Red wine: 75 cl
  • Flour: 2 tbsps.

Preparation

1. Chop the aromatic garnish

2. Prepare the marinade and refrigerate for 12 hours

3. Cook the gardiane (stew): Sear the meat, add the filling, dust with flour & pour in the wine

4. Cook for 35 min in an oven at 200°C

5. Make the sauce

6. Arrange your gardianne in the dish
