Ingredients

  • 900g of Languedoc-Roussillon nectarines
  • 100g of butter
  • 225g of flour
  • 100g of sugar
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

Squirt the lemon juice and sprinkle with the sugar 900 g of Languedoc-Roussillon nectarines cut into quarters.

Mix 100g of butter with 225g flour and 100g of brown sugar.

Divide the crumble over the nectarines and bake for 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C (Gas Mark 6).
