Ingredients

  • Sweet onions
  • 2 Red wine vinegar
  • 60 ml Red wine
  • 60 ml Fig jam
  • 2 tablespoons

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Place the onions in a pan with the red wine vinegar.
  3. Add the jam and cook for 10 minutes with a lid.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes without a lid.
  5. Reduce until almost dry.
  6. Serve.
