Ingredients

  • Bread: 1 French baguette
  • Pélardon goat’s cheese: 4
  • Pepper: a pinch
  • Garrigue honey: 4 tbsps.
  • Parsley: ½ bunch

Preparation

  1. Heat the honey in a bain marie.
  2. Cut the bread into slices.
  3. Grill the bread.
  4. Crush the pélardon with a fork and add pepper.
  5. Spread the honey on the bread slices with a brush.
  6. Shape the pélardon into dumplings and place on the bread slices.
  7. Add the parsley.
