  • Apricots: 8 pieces
  • Sprigs of rosemary: 8 pieces

Preparation

1. Wash and slice your apricots

2. Place the apricots inside the sprigs of rosemary

3. Cook on the barbecue or under the grill for between 1-2 min
on each side

4. Taste when hot
